A Fashion Show, hosted by Perfectly Dressed and The Waggon & Horses, is being held on Thursday 1st November from 7.30 onwards in aid of the Small Mill Building repairs which are due to start within the next couple of months. Supper will be provided towards the end of the show and is included in the ticket price.
There has been a Mill on the site at the end of our park for over 1000 years and we have successfully campaigned to stop it being disposed of (and probably turned into housing) plus raised a five figure amount of money to make the small building weather proof, energy self sufficient, and a large step towards being available to the community.
This has been a herculean effort by a few members of FofMP & C&MCG and all proceeds will go towards extra work on the building such as doors, windows and internal stairs. Please do support the event and help “Put the our Mill back into Millhouses”
